Michael J Gust
Michael J Gust is the CEO of Innotronics. He has worked extensively in the hydraulic and pneumatic fluid power industry for over 20 years. He was previously Director of Engineering at Eaton Hydraulics (from 1999 to 2006) and Vice President of Engineering at Daikin Applied (2011-2013). Michael has significant experience with hydraulic and pneumatic products, new product design, and with business development in this industrial segment.
Ryan Madson is Principal Engineer at Innotronics. He obtained his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013. In addition to his high academic accomplishments, he was Captain of the wrestling team at MIT. While playing a key role at Innotronics, Ryan is also completing his Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota.
Rajesh Rajamani is Chief Scientific Officer of Innotronics. He obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley in 1991 and 1993 respectively and his B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras in 1989. Dr. Rajamani also serves as a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He has co-authored over 120 journal papers, is a co-inventor on 12 patent applications, and is a recipient of numerous honors and awards from the controls systems research community.
